Opening balance for :
Add Item
Items are shared across all outlets' sections; each section tracks its own opening stock and daily quantities against this list.
Set Opening / Closing Stock
Every month's Opening Stock is now automatic — it's always last month's Stock In Hand (or the previous month's locked Closing Stock, if one was set), carrying forward on its own every month-end. "Starting Balance" only matters for the very first month you ever track an item; after that it has no effect and the Auto figure above is what's actually used. Closing Stock is NOT limited to the current month — change the Month field above to any past month (or use "Edit Previous Month" for a one-click jump) to correct that month's figure after a real physical count, e.g. one done a few days into the next month once actual stock is verified; the correction becomes the locked anchor for every month from then on. The monthly summary below is a read-only rollup of daily entries.
Add Vendor
Vendors are per-outlet. Opening balance is what was owed to this vendor as of the date given — everything after is tracked below as debits (new bills) and credits (payments).
Add Client
Opening balance is whatever this client already owed as of the date given — everything after is tracked below as Invoices (Debit) and Payments Received (Credit). Billing address and GSTIN are optional here, but a client needs at least one saved address before a GST Bill can be created for them — fill these in now (or add one later from GST Billing → Billing To — Client & Address Master) so the client is immediately ready to bill.
Billing To — Client & Address Master
Maintain each client's own billing addresses here — a single client (e.g. ABC Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.) can have several addresses (Kochi, Bangalore, Trivandrum...), each carrying its own GSTIN. These are the SAME clients tracked in the Client Ledger above — adding one here also adds it there, and vice versa.
Create GST Bill
Bill No. is generated automatically (financial-year sequenced). Admin can type over it to override when needed — everyone else cannot.

Add Item
Items and vendors here are separate from Purchase & Issues and the normal Vendor Ledger — this is its own B2B item and vendor list.
Add Item
Items here are their own list — separate from the B2B Bakery Issue (raw-material purchase) sheet above and from Purchase & Issues. This sheet tracks finished goods actually produced each day: item, price, quantity produced, and total amount.
Add B2B Vendor
These are B2B bakery-supply vendors, kept separate from the normal Vendor Ledger's vendors. Opening balance is what was owed to this vendor as of the date given — everything after is tracked below as debits (new bills) and credits (payments/returns).

Add Staff
New staff are added to the outlet selected above. Salary can be left blank and filled in later from the table below.
Manage Departments
Click a department name to rename it — this updates every staff member currently in it too. Use ✕ to remove an empty department. New departments show up here immediately, ready for staff to be added into them.
Click a name to open that employee's full profile — work & position details, photo, experience, address, and government ID. New staff are added from the Attendance page; this is where their fuller details live. Only Admin can edit a profile.
Paid Days, LOP Days and the Payable Amount are pulled straight from the Attendance sheet for the employee and month selected — marking attendance there updates what shows up here automatically. Salary Advance Deduction and Loan Deduction are also editable from the Attendance sheet's own "Advance" and "Loan Deduction" columns (monthly figures, same as Salary). Earnings are split into Basic/HRA/Conveyance/Medical/Special Allowance using a fixed percentage of the payable amount.
License / Renewal
If Issue Date is left blank, the status colour assumes a 1-year validity window ending at the Expiry Date.
Status is colour-coded by how much of each item's validity window (Issue Date → Expiry Date) has elapsed: Active up to 50%, Renew Soon 50-75%, Critical 75-100%, Expired once the expiry date has passed. Items reaching Critical or Expired also appear in the 🔔 notification bell at the top of the page. Only Admin can add, edit or delete an item.
Payment Event
Click any event chip on the calendar to edit or remove it, or add a new one here. Role is the bolded actor shown on the chip (Accounts / OMs / Owners), and is optional for Holiday/Other types.

Asset Item
Quantity is the expected/book count for this asset. Once added, the team can enter each month's actual physical count directly in the table below.
Enter the actual physical quantity found for each month's inventory directly in that month's column. Total Value = Quantity × Value. Shortage Qty = Quantity − the most recent month's physical count (shows "—" until at least one month has been counted). Use the Department dropdown above to view one department at a time, e.g. Kitchen, Bakery, Housekeeping. Only Admin can edit or delete an item's master details; entering monthly counts is open to the whole team.
Add User
Admin can edit and delete any saved record. Manager and Staff can add new entries and save, but once something is saved, only Admin can go back and edit or delete it. This is a simple sign-in screen to keep casual access tidy — it runs entirely in this browser with no server, so it isn't real security. Anyone with access to this device/file can still open dev tools and bypass it.
Team Tasks — Consolidated Task Sheet
Add Task
Pending tasks always stay at the top. Tick "Done" on a task and it automatically moves to the bottom of the list.
